Most orders are assigned within two hours of receipt, including evenings and weekends. Rush and same-day requests are welcome. If we can't cover an order, we tell you inside thirty minutes so you have time to make other arrangements — no order left hanging at 4:55.

Yes. Same-day scanbacks are standard on any order that requires them, uploaded before the package ships. Our agents run dual-tray laser printers and mobile scanning equipment as a condition of joining the roster.
Documents and non-public personal information are transmitted through secure channels and shared only with the assigned agent for the duration of the assignment. Every agent is bound by a written confidentiality and data-handling agreement, and we carry cyber liability coverage in addition to professional liability.
Let us know as early as you can and we'll reschedule with the same agent whenever possible. Cancellations made before the agent has printed the package carry no charge; after printing or travel has begun, a partial trip fee applies.
We invoice per completed signing, with net terms established when your account is set up. Printing, scanbacks, and standard travel are included in the quoted fee. Volume pricing is available for title partners sending regular work.
